Hey there, I’m Nicole.

Outdoor sports junkie, yoga enthusiast, and Health Coach focused on your success.

I've always been active, so you can imagine my dismay when sudden unexplained weight gain, sleeplessness, hot flashes, and irritability hit in my mid-forties. Working out more and eating less only made symptoms worse. Always curious and persistent, I dove into the science behind women's health and began to harness the power of a mind, body, spirit approach. The profession of Health Coaching is a way for me to share my passion and knowledge with women of any age.

What lights me up most is seeing women realize they don’t have to settle anymore.

It’s not only my hope that you will hit your stride in exercise and nutrition but, more importantly, that you will find yourself. When you feel confident in who you are and motivated to constantly aim higher, that’s when you really SOAR.

Exercise helps you optimize your sleep, balance your energy levels, and connect you to your inner strength. With the onslaught of chronic illnesses and pharmaceutical prescriptions, I help clients embrace the free healing that comes from movement.
