Take the first step by booking a complimentary discovery call. During the call, we’ll explore your vision and see how I can help. If we’re a good fit, we’ll move forward with booking your first coaching session.

Evaluate Your Roadmap

Let’s get serious about where you’re going. During this phase, I take clients through the Wheel of Life and a simple health questionnaire. You have to know where you’re starting to know where you’re going.

Start Healing, Start Training

Every day is a new day to begin again. We’ve laid all the groundwork, and now you’re ready to start. I’ll help by offering accountability and making adjustments when you hit a plateau. Your job is to communicate with me (and yourself) about what feels best for your lifestyle.

Thrive and Share

What do you do once you’ve exceeded your own expectations? You share what you’ve learned with others. Many of my clients go on to encourage other women with the things they learned through health coaching. And, you’ll continue on with all the tools and resources you need to self-correct in the future.
