Individual Coaching
One-on-one health coaching allows us to zero in on your personal goals and make them a reality. Whether you’re following up on doctor’s orders, looking for a new routine, or need to find more energy, we’ll co-create a step by step plan that’s helpful and simple to follow. Your package includes 2 monthly sessions (in person or online), access to me by text and email, easy to follow handouts, and regular check-ins. If you’re ready to let go of the self-limiting beliefs and soar beyond what’s possible, individual coaching is for you.

How you can optimize your menu options for long-term wellness (I love food, and I teach you how to eat well).

Do you have a group that’s ready to take the plunge into nutrition, fitness, endurance sports training, or mindfulness? Speaking engagements are customized to your audience and performed either in-person or virtually. Workshops include hands-on activities, engaging information, and helpful takeaways that will boost the confidence of your audience and empower them to embrace change.

Endurance Coaching
Build the stamina and physical resolve you need to thrive. Endurance training takes guts, grit, and accountability. I’ll be there every step of the way with motivation and encouragement to keep you moving toward your goal.
Yoga Instruction
Add a few yoga sessions to your one-on-one coaching package. As a certified yoga instructor, I use my knowledge to complement strength and cardio workouts and help you find inner peace and joy.
Hormone Balancing
I’m here to help you understand your options and weigh the risks and benefits of hormone balancing. Whether it’s a referral for hormone replacement therapy or a recommendation for adaptogens, you decide what fits your lifestyle. While I do not prescribe, diagnose, treat, or cure, I supply you with the science to make an educated choice that aligns with your goals.
